A Wintery Spring Break in Pinetop!

We had so much fun with cousins and friends over spring break in Pinetop! We drove up on Sunday - it started snowing in Payson and snowed the whole way up to Pinetop. It continued to snow all night - which made for some really fun sledding on Monday! The kids had a blast and went sledding again on Tuesday when Kyla and Max were there - the snow had melted a bit, but there will still plenty of fun to be had!

Provo with Courtney, Jessica & Taylor

Courtney went with me to Provo to see Jessica. We had a great time hanging out, shopping, and checking out Jessica's new school. We drove up by the Provo Temple and had to take some pictures, you should have seen us trying to set up the camera on someone's car (hoping we wouldn't set off an alarm) and then trying to get the timer right! We had a lot of fun doing "Provo things" for a couple of days and then Taylor came to visit and we picked her up and then did the same "things" all over again, that means "The Brick Oven" twice! Oh, but we walked over to the MTC to take a picture because one of their bestest friends had just gone in 4 days before.

1 Brave Mom + 1 Awesome Student = 1 Very Cute Cut!

The first cut!
Getting the angle just right...
Jessica was to the point that they were going to move on from cutting their "Suzyquin's" hair to cutting a "real person's" hair - she needed a model to cut on and guess who got talked into that job?! I was perfectly happy to do it, and boy am I glad I did! She did a fantastic job cutting my hair - I love it and have gotten quite a few compliments on it. Way to go Jess! She is aceing all of her tests, too. She LOVES the coloring part - she says that will be her forte!

Here we are with Jessica's instructor, Jamie (far right) and her class mentor, Amber (in black) They were there to help with the cut all along the way! They seem to be great teachers for her.

Izzy & Otis

The puppies are 3 Weeks old today! We are having so much fun playing with them and watching them grow! Everyone NEEDS to come and see them! How many chances do you get to see puppies this tiny? They are starting to get a lot more active now and they play with eachother.
"Izzy" "Izzy & Otis"
They play and play and then - all of a sudden - they're asleep!

OOPS!

Well, we never claimed to be veternarian's around here...but, you would think we could figure this one out!! Either something fell off, or IT was never there!!! We have a GIRL and a BOY puppy!! Courtney is thrilled we were wrong, but now I think it will be harder than ever to let them go. So now we're thinking of new names temporary.

PROVO

Well, she's all grown up and moved out...
Jessica's room!
I drove to Provo with Jessica on Friday and we got her all moved in to her new apartment at The Branbury on Saturday. She says she's getting to know her roomates and really likes them.
I'm sure she'll love it there - well, maybe when the snow melts!

Bella and her BOYS...

" Bella and Tino - Happily Ever After"
Our FBI agent, Tino
The "BOYS" (Winston & Mojo??)
Bella had her puppies on Saturday afternoon. No one was even home! Courtney and I were in Las Vegas for a cheer competition & Chris and Dillon were in Pinetop snowboarding! Jessica was with her friends and Tyler was hanging out too. He came home and saw Bella looking really tired and didn't know what was wrong with her...till he saw the puppies underneath her! He called Jessica right away and she came home to see what needed to be done. Bella is such a "good mom" she did everything by herself. Everything was already all cleaned up and the puppies were even feeding! I know they kind of looks like mice for now, but everyday they change. I'll post updates as they get cuter and fluffier!

VALLEY CHEER DYNAMICS!

Most of Courtney's cheer team (Twisters) quit a couple of weeks ago, so the few that were still around, combined with the girls from Valley Cheer Dynamics and we are now part of their team! We went to Las Vegas for a COA Nationals Competition this last weekend. They had ONE week to learn a whole new routine! We had a great time, 9 of us took a "Limo" from the airport over to the Excalibur on Friday evening. The girls thought that was pretty cool! We won the competition even with a sprained ankle! Courtney did awesome - she hit all her stunts and was soooo cute. Alyssa, Courtney, Brecky and Calli in the Limo Hanging out drinking "Cokes" at the Coca-Cola Store.
The M & M Factory, always a favorite spot to visit! Courtney & Katie on the Roller Coaster at New York, New York
The new VCD Uniform...
That's Courtney right in the front center - first stunt of the routine!
Later...at the airport. Best way ever to get on the plane first!!
