Happy Birthday Courtney!

Courtney turned 12 on Friday, August 24th! Holy cow, they grow up so fast. She seems so small to me. She still calls me mommy though, so that makes me happy. She's in Young Womens now and not missing primary at all! This is the morning of her birthday - we woke up to our yard heart attacked by her new beehive class. Congrats Courtney!

Beachin' It

Oceanside, California is our favorite family vacation. We have gone every year now for 20 years. The cousins/best friends really, have such great relationships with eachother and I'll always be grateful to my mom and dad for giving us this great gift - a family vacation every year!

Lake Powell Is Our Happy Place

Our family went to Lake Powell for a week in July. We had a great time wakeboarding, cliff-jumping, kayaking, tubing and just riding in the boat listening to great music like "Hairspray" full blast. We spent the first half of the week with Mike's family and then the last part of the week with Jack's family.

Tubing was for sure one of the favorite things to do,
since the water was so rough.
